Hi, I’m Debbie and I’m so grateful our paths have crossed. My mission and purpose in life is to educate and empower those who want to change their lives, and the lives of others for the better, with the knowledge, skills and tools to do so.
After struggling with my weight as a child and on into adulthood, I discovered that the diet industry has it all wrong and the secret to weight loss is not what you eat but how you eat. And examining the thoughts, habits, and beliefs you hold around food.
And I realised that you can eat ALL your favourite foods and still lose weight.
Well I decided I just HAD to let absolutely everyone know!
So I decided to combine that with my other passion, which is researching and sharing information around natural ways to achieving Health & Wellbeing. And the result is this site.
