MEDITATION: 5-Step Meditation
I wrote and recorded the 5-Step Meditation, pulling together aspects and techniques I have found useful on my journey to Wellbeing.
Listening to the 5-step meditation every day will be sure to increase your levels of wellbeing.
During the guided meditation I walk you through 5 steps:
Step One- Gratitude. Feeling gratitude, even for small things releases beneficial chemicals and compounds in the body.
Step Two - Forgiveness. This may be hard for some of you, but the effects of being able to forgive are profound. Don’t worry, we start off small.
Step Three- Visualisation. Visualising your perfect future.
Step Four- Intention. Setting an intention for the day.
Step Five - Heart Coherence. This activates specific neurons in your brain, releasing beneficial hormones.
