And sure, while you might be successful initially, it’s just so hard maintaining that discipline and willpower. And once you slip and cheat, it becomes a downhill slide until you ultimately just give up.

 

The thing is, if you don’t like your life while you’re on the diet, then chances are good that you’re just not going to be able to maintain the weight loss when you reach your ideal weight.

 

Research shows that 98% of people will put all that weight right back on, and more! That means only 2% of people have been able to sustain their weight loss for at least 2 years.

 

And Who Can Keep Up With All The Rules?

 

And each diet has different rules. Don't eat carbs. Or eat less fat. Or eat more fat. Or eat this food, but only in combination with that food. Or eat very little for two days of the week. Or...

 

What? How are you supposed to keep up?

So What Can You Do?

 

Well the first thing is to stop following diets. Yes, I’m serious. Diet’s don’t work, at least not in the long term. And in fact, I'd go so far as to say that diet's are the enemy of weight loss.

 

The diet industry has brainwashed you into believing that dieting is the only way for you to lose weight, and that weight loss is difficult. And neither of those things are true.

 

Is it possible that it's not the food, but the diet, that's the problem?

 

What if losing weight has nothing to do with what you eat, but rather how much you eat.

And what if you don't need to give up the foods you love in order to lose weight? What if it was quite the opposite.

 

What if it's giving up the foods you love so much, that cause every diet attempt to be a failure. Leaving you feeling demotivated and like a constant failure.

 

Well guess what. It's not your fault. It is the fault of the diet industry. So-called experts telling you what you can and can't eat. When you should or shouldn't eat.

 

It's time for you to take back control. You need to get back in touch with your body. Your body is always talking to you and telling you what it needs, but you’ve forgotten how to listen. ​
