Over many years of study and experimentation, I've learned ways in which I can reduce anxiety, stress and overwhelm in my life, elevate my health and wellbeing to levels where I never, ever get sick, and also lose weight without having to give up the foods that I love. And maybe even more importantly (at least in my opinion), without having to exercise :-)
Sure I know exercise is important, but I'm the first to admit, I am not a fan of physical exercise. Not because I think it isn't good for me, of course it is. We all know we should exercise more, right? But because well, partly I'm a little lazy and prefer to focus on my studies or read a good book, and secondly, I'm just so darn busy. Know the feeling?
And I love food. I love my Friday night pizza, and I adore chicken schnitzel and chips. Yum!! Of course I know healthy eating is good for me, I haven't been living under a rock. But I'm also practical. I know that if a diet is too hard, I'm just not going to stick with it. So I like to try and strike a balance with a bit of healthy eating, but also eating the foods I like when I feel like eating them.
And hey, let's be honest here. How hard is it to try and keep up with what is good for you these days anyway? I'm tired of trying to keep track of what's what.
Whether eggs are bad for your cholesterol, no wait they're actually good for you? No wait it's ok to eat them, but not the egg whites?
I give up.
So if you're like me and you want the lazy way to lose weight, while still enjoying eating what you enjoy, then this is for you.
Over the years, I've tried many different diets, with the Atkins low-carb diet producing the most spectacular results...
swiftly followed by the most spectacular failure, as I piled all the weight right back on very quickly once I gave in to my intense carb cravings.
I felt there just had to be a better, and easier way. And guess what, there actually is.
Now first, some truths.
Firstly, yes this method works. Well it worked for me. But of course, we are all different. In fact, if you read this article here, you'll discover that even though two people might eat the exact same thing, it can have very different effects on their body. Go figure.
But this method worked for me. So I'm really hopeful that it will work for you.
Secondly, and this is important so stay with me here, this is NOT a course about healthy eating. Yes I know I've put some lovely pics on this page, some showing some healthy and delicious looking foods. But that's because they look positively delish, not because I'm going to tell you to eat them.
Ok now, I am a firm believer in healthy food being good for you. In fact, I have a membership site dedicated to helping you achieve health and wellbeing.
I am certainly NOT condoning unhealthy eating as I firmly believe that food can be used as medicine to heal you and it provides the fuel to give you energy. So of course it makes sense that if you put garbage in your body all the time, it's not doing you much good.
However, what I am not saying is that you SHOULD always eat healthy. Why? Because I don't, not always. And so I'd never try and tell you to do so.
If you try and force yourself to do anything, or deprive yourself of anything, then your brain and body rebel and it become impossible to stick to anything long term.
So what I am trying to say is, eat healthy or don't eat healthy. Exercise or don't exercise. That is entirely your choice. You're an adult, you get to make your own choices.
BUT you don't HAVE to eat healthy options or exercise AT ALL to benefit from what I'm going to teach you and you will still lose weight.
And thirdly. I am not a dietician, nor am I a nutritionist. And I am certainly not a medical doctor. What I am is someone who has found a way of eating that helped me to lose weight. And keep it off. And I want to share it with you incase it helps you too. You need to be sensible about this. If you need to follow a specific diet for medical or other reasons, then this may not be for you.
So yes, this worked for me. Will it work for you? I don't know, but I certainly hope so. And if it doesn't?

Also, you should probably know, I'm a bit of a spiritual junkie (no, not the religious kind). So once we get through the fundamentals of the course in the first few modules, I will also be throwing in some content about visualisation and affirmations and the power of belief.
Now this stuff works, it is powerful stuff. But if this just isn't for you, no worries. Just take the content from the modules that do work for you and ignore the rest. The rest is just gravy and will speed up the effects and benefits, but you absolutely positively don't have to do anything you don't want to :-)
